Sentence Fragments

Sentence fragments are incomplete sentences. In other words, the sentence is missing an essential piece such as the subject, predicate, or object.

Tip:

Your sentences should always have a subject (usually a noun or pronoun: what or who acts or is talked about) and a predicate (usually a verb; what the subject does or what is said about it).
